Exploison Proof Fluorescent Light Fitting For ZONE 1, 21, 2 & 22 Hazardous Area.

Application :

• Applicable to hazardous areas: explosive gas atmosphere Zone 1/2; explosive dust atmosphere Zone 21/22.

• Indoor/outdoor areas with requirements for dust prevention and water, corrosion resistance.

• Typical applications include oil refineries, petrochemical facilities, pulp and paper mills, food processing plants, warehouses, underground tunnels and general manufacturing facilities.

Features :

• Corrosion-resistant fiberglass reinforced polyester body and hinged polycarbonate lens.

• High impact resistance housing (20J/IK10) from -20°C～+50°C ambient temperature and wind profile for use in extreme offshore and onshore environments.

• Latch assembly and elastomer gasket seals against water and dust ingress, IP66.

• Easily accessed for maintenance using Allen key or straight blade screw driver.

• Central opening with unique patented release system to prevent damage.

• Can be installed in horizontal and vertical.

• Electronic driver 220V～240V AC 50/60Hz has high power factor (>0.95). EOL(End Of Life) protection in accordance with the latest EN/IEC 60079-5 and EN/IEC 60079-7.

• Two channels driver prevents dark areas by allowing one lamp to remain lit if one fails.

• Supplied with plug-in with Ex e connector for quick and errorfree maintenance.

• Emergency version is supplied with a set of Ni-Cd Battery. Emergency light duration is 1.5 hours.
